Indian Aviation Fire Safety Specialists Group (IAFSSG) successfully conducted its first national seminar in the year 2010 at Clarks Exotica Bangalore, an international ARFF Conference and Exhibition in the year 2014 at Taj West End and The Lalit Ashok Hotel, Bangalore followed by another international ARFF Conference and Exhibition in the year 2019 at Marriott Convention Centre, Hyderabad, India. The wholehearted support extended by you all is giving us confidence in organizing yet another ARFF conference with an aim to bring all Indian and Overseas Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting professionals, equipment manufacturers and other Aviation Fire Safety enthusiasts together under one roof for networking opportunity, sharing of knowledge, exhibiting products and also to understand each other’s criterions and concerns.

IAFSSG is organizing its next international ARFF Conference & Exhibition at Clarke Exotica, Bangalore India from 27 Feb to 01 Mar 2024 (International Airport Fire Chiefs Workshop – 27 Feb 24, Conference cum Exhibition – 28 & 29 Feb 24 and Rosenbauer simulator based training on aircraft firefighting – 01 Mar 24) jointly with Alpha Ascension Safety Consultants (I) P Ltd (AASC). IAFSSG established in the year 2002 as a non-profit organization with concerted efforts of some of the ARFF enthusiasts for promotion and dissemination of technical knowledge, awareness and up gradation of fire safety standards among the ARFF personnel in particular, and personnel employed in the aviation sector in general. Alpha Ascension Safety Consultants is a new entity established in 2020 in the aviation safety market, the main three pillars of their service are professionalism, experience-led and reliability of solutions. They are working closely in collaboration with Ascension Safety Consultants of Singapore.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Sponsorship fee to be paid in full at the time of booking.
2. The organizer holds no liability if the conference is rescheduled where circumstances exist that are beyond the organizer’s control
3. The organizer reserves the right to make any amendments and/or changes to the programme, venue, speakers, and/or topics for improving the conference or by circumstances beyond its control.
4. Any disputes whatsoever may be dealt within the jurisdiction of Devanahalli court only.

Note :
1. The Sponsor must forward company logos and advertisement information by 31 December at the latest for inclusion in the brochure, advertisements and web sites.
2. The Sponsor must forward details of complementary delegates attending the conference through the delegate registration form by 31 December at the latest.
3. In the case of Platinum Sponsors, you must forward details of the speaker, topic of subject and other details as specified in Call for Speakers brochure.
